Application Process
To complete the application process with ease, please follow these steps:
- Complete an application form for each child you wish to enroll
- PDF Download (Download at the bottom of the page)
- Copies of the Application Forms are available in the Office.
- Complete a Joyful Response form for the electronic payment plan (Optional, but recommended)
- Copies of the Enrollment Form are available in the Office and from the Finance Office.
Please bring the following with to complete registration:
- A printed copy of your application
- A check or money order, made payable to Zion Lutheran School, in the amount of $275, for the non-refundable registration fee.
- A copy of each child’s birth certificate/adoption papers. (Children entering Kindergarten must be 5 years old by September 1, 2018.)
- A copy of each child’s Immunization Card (A report of health examination for school entry is also required for Kindergarten applicants)
After you have submitted all documents an appointment will be scheduled with the Principal.
